. She was the fifth of six children born to her parents. She passed away on April 27, 2011, at the

Center

Mitchell

Nebraska
. She was baptized in 1935 by Dr. Thomas Osborne in
Alliance
. She attended
Alliance
High School
& afterwards taught a rural school for two years. During her lifetime she lived in various cities in
Nebraska
as well as
Los Alamos
,
New Mexico
, Guam & Japan. Her work career involved over 24 years service with the federal government. After her retirement, she returned to
Alliance
& was involved in a variety of interesting jobs.She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Ralph & Robert Wilson; sisters Wanda Wilson, Veva Wilson & Margaret Lavona Olah. She is survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Following Berniece's wishes she was cremated. She had made arrangements to be buried in the
Wilson
family plot in the
Belvidere
Rural
Cemetery
in
Belvidere
,
Nebraska
. A private service is being planned by her cousins living in the area & will take place at a later date.
