Daniel Audra Engle

Daniel Audra Engle was born on August 26, 1974, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Gail & Janice (Hanley) Engle. He passed away on January 12, 2025, at his home in Hebron, Nebraska, at the age of 50 years, 4 months, and 17 days.

Dan grew up in Concordia, Kansas, and graduated from Concordia High School in 1992. He then went on to graduate from Cloud Co. Community College and Friends University.

He was united in marriage to Christina Anderson on September 9, 2001, in Hebron, Nebraska, and to this union three children were born, Andrew, Kaylee, and Matthew.

Dan was a home health care provider. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his children and family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Janice Engle.

He is survived by his children, Andrew Engle of Valdosta, GA, Kaylee Engle and Matthew Engle both of Hebron, NE; his ex-wife Christina Engle of Hebron, NE;  father Gail Engle of Concordia, KS; brother Michael Engle and his wife Jill, and nieces Chloe and Abby of Andover, KS; and other family and friends.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
