Faith L. Stierwalt

Faith L. Bradbury Stierwalt, 82, passed away embraced and surrounded by the love of family Thursday, April 25, 2019. Faith was born west of Hebron, NE, August 5, 1936, where she attended school, lived her early years and loved to play sports. She married, Billy Stierwalt, July 27, 1952 in Belleville, KS. Faith loved and treasured her family very dearly. She also loved her many dogs, enjoyed bird watching, gardening, Nebraska Football, traveling off the beaten path, old classic cars, and Nebraska History. Some of Faiths noted jobs were at The Hebron Blue Top Motel, and Beatrice State Developmental Center. She spent her final years of employment at Beatrice Community Hospital Home Health and Hospice where she touched many lives with her gift of caring. She is preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn Dorman Davenport, Joseph E. Bradbury, and her son Brad Stierwalt. She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband Billy Stierwalt. Sons Stan Stierwalt, Bobby Stierwalt (Joan), Ron Stierwalt, William "Bud" Stierwalt (Pam), Joe Stierwalt (Kimba) and daughter Leighann Stierwalt McDonald, many grandchildren (18) and greatgrandchildren (27); sisters Ila Ehlers (Vincent) and Kay Meiser.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 29, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Beatrice, NE. Visitation with family will be 2 to 4pm Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Hebron and 9:00 to 10:45am Monday at St. John Lutheran Church. Donations in lieu of flowers and in memory to: Beatrice Home Health & Hospice or Beatrice Humane Society.

The Stierwalt Family are so very grateful of the warmth and caring kindness of BCH Hospice Care Team and the excellent care by BCH staff of nurses and support staff. We were able to focus on the grace and dignity of our loving mother with their gentle support.
