In 1972, they relocated to Hebron where he purchased his first cattle herd & hogs and started his own farming operation. He enjoyed being able to work side by side with his dad and in later years with his children and grandchildren instilling in them the value of a hard work ethic.
Kenny had a lifetime love of farming and an avid desire to travel. He was most proud of his family and especially loved spending time with his grandkids. He combined two of his passions by frequently taking the family on vacations to beautiful outdoor locations including Hawaii, Steamboat Springs, skiing at Granby and Wyoming, Oregon, Yellowstone and most recently spending Thanksgiving together in Branson, MO.
