Kirk Lynn Easton

Kirk Lynn Easton was born on August 22, 1956, in Hebron, Nebraska, to William “Bill” and Joyce Ann (Lightbody) Easton. He passed away on February 19, 2025, at his home in Chester, Nebraska, at the age of 68 years, 5 months, and 28 days.

Kirk attended a one room school, District 93, to the 8th grade, and then he attended and graduated from Hebron High School, class of 1974. Kirk recently worked for William Drilling of Belvidere.

In his spare time, Kirk enjoyed watching NASCAR races, and tinkering on odd jobs around his house and yard.

Kirk is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Easton.

He is survived by his father Bill Easton, brother Clark Easton and his wife Julie of Hebron, nephew Clint Easton and his wife Heidi and their children Emily, Logan, and Brantly of Hebron, niece Haley Popelka and her husband William and their children Dierks and Turner of Belleville, niece Brooke Cutlan and her husband Nate of Jericho, Vermont.

A private family funeral service will be held at Price Funeral Home in Hebron, and burial will follow at the Hebron City Cemetery.
