Margaret E Fink

Margaret Elizabeth Fink was born to Joe and Margaret (Hoxmeier) Kass in Orleans, Nebraska on March 29, 1923. She passed from this life Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the age of 93 years while a resident of Parkview Haven in Deshler, Nebraska. Margaret attended Catholic school in Orleans. She worked at various jobs until she married Albert Fink on January 19, 1942. Together they raised eleven children. She worked in the home, did lots of gardening and canning and also was the secretary to Albert at the Burlington Elevator in Hebron for many years. Margaret and Albert loved to camp and fish and they spent many winters in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. She also did a lot of sewing and made hundreds of quilts and afghans for the grandchildren. She loved baking breads, rolls and making homemade noodles. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband Albert in 1995; two brothers; and three sisters. She will be forever remembered by her children: Leona and Jon Scoville, Geneva, NE, Donna and Bob Milius, Fairbury, NE, Dr. Anthony and Sarah Fink, Glen Haven, CO, Jerry Fink and Myra Robinson, Hebron, NE, John and Kathy Fink, Lincoln, NE, Ron and Sally Fink, Crete, NE, Dale Fink, , Crete, NE, Ben and Jill Fink, Norfolk, NE, Dan Fink, Hebron, NE, Larry and Heather Fink, Fort Scott, KS, Chuck and Deanna Fink, Hebron, NE; 28 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and special friends.
